众所周知，国内访问谷歌网站需要多一个步骤，就是连接外网的那个啥啥，但是那个啥啥的品种和厂家众多，导致IP的质量也是良莠不齐。有时候1个IP地址是很多人在共用，或者你登录谷歌时那个啥啥不稳定，你短时间频繁切换了IP，这样就会导致 Google对你的账户进行审核，万一被谷歌误伤了，提示您的账号被停用封号了应该怎么办呢？

第一步，确认申诉；

第二步，申诉理由；

申诉理由特别要注意，不要用网上所谓的模板，基本上都不会通过，因为被用烂了，比如以下模板：

但是申诉的理由是可以用的，大意就是我是中国区的用户，我正在使用科学上网工具访问，导致会频繁地切换IP，这并非我的本意，我使用gmail完全出于个人用途，不存在任何违规使用的情况，希望能够得到解封。

这是大意，当然为了审核人员考虑，我会在后面附上英文描述，或者是干脆用英文来写，怎么写也很简单，用AI（而不是翻译），大家在做国外项目的时候，一定要结合AI运用。

This results in an unavoidable shifting of IP addresses, which is not indicative of any form of misuse on my part.

I wish to assure you that I strictly utilize Gmail for personal purposes and have always adhered to the given guidelines and terms of services. There has been no instance of misuse or illegal activity associated with my account.

提交一个你的常用邮箱，接收申诉结果通知即可。

一般2个工作日就还会有结果，如果第一次申诉失败了，那再想申诉成功的可能性就不大了，所以第一次申诉一定要认真，如果长时间没有收到邮件回复，那基本也是申诉失败了，可以再提交试试。
